Call-out charge:
Refers to a fixed fee incurred for attending your site to provide services or an initial assessment and diagnostic regardless of whether additional work is required. This charge covers travel time, transport costs, and any preliminary inspection or diagnosis conducted during the visit. It's usually added to the cost of any repairs, parts or work that's done.
Please be aware, after booking If you cancelled, change your mind or decide to written off call out is applicable.

Refers to the cost of the actual work performed during a job, which includes the time and effort spent completing a task or repair.
